Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. It is a great way to relax from head to toe without the stress of getting out of your chair. This form of yoga is taught as a way to strengthen physical and mental fitness, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.
Led by Candice Uyttewaal, this free hour long class meets on Thursdays at 11:00am in our Social Hall.
