Women’s Guild Meeting – Tuesday, September 8th

The Women’s Guild will begin their monthly meetings on September 8th at 1:00pm in the Social Hall.  Join the Guild for this first meeting to learn about all the new and  interesting activities planned for the upcoming season.  This year, the Women’s Guild will be holding its annual book sale, Santa’s Auction, bingo, May’s baby shower, monthly lunch bunch, and many more activities.

The Women’s Guild focuses on providing service to the parish for liturgical celebrations, religious education, through Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion duties, and participating in choir.  They also act as caregivers by providing support to nursing homes, Minister to the Sick duties, and bereavement support. They serve as outreach to families, support for seniors, sewing and knitting for nursing homes, coffee and donut fellowship, and support the Human Service Ministry.
